Tagged: Author.

(1951-    ) US writer who began publishing fantasy with "The Merlin's Gift" for Beyond in 1986, and who has – after a Dragonlance tie, Stormblade: Dragonlance Saga Heroes 2 * (1988) – published two series of moderate interest. The Elvish sequence – The Jewels of Elvish (1989), an independent title, even though published by TSR, and A Child of Elvish (1992) – is set in a Fantasyland where a number of races (including the human race) intersect, vie and mate; the plot of the first volume involves the alliance of two of these races – Elves and humans – against barbarian invasions. The second is dominated by a search for lost jewels of power (see Plot Coupons). A second sequence – Shadow of the Seventh Moon (1991) and The Panther's Hoard (1994) – set in a Land-of-Fable Britain after the fall of Camelot, is about the Thinning of the world, as told through Wotan's (see Odin) campaign to exterminate all.
