Siegel, Scott

(1951-    ) US writer, most of whose work consists of ties contributed to various series, some Shared-World, some sf and some fantasy, generally for a YA audience and generally with his wife Barbara. For the Dark Forces sequence he wrote The Companion * (1983) and Beat the Devil * (1983). For the Twistaplots sequence he wrote Ghost Riders of Goldspur * (1985) with BS. All further titles are with BS. For the Wizards, Warlocks and You sequence they wrote Wizards, Warlocks and You #6: Revenge of the Falcon Knight * (1985), #12: The Scarlet Shield of Shalimar * (1986) and #18: The Warrior Women of Weymouth * (1986). For the Dragonlance Preludes II sequence they wrote Dragonlance Preludes II #3: Tanis, the Shadow Years * (1990). For the Ghostworld sequence they wrote Ghostworld #1: Beyond Terror * (1991), #2: Midnight Chill * (1991), #3: Dark Fire * (1992) and #4: Cold Dread * (1992). [JC]
